From how audiences learn, to handling groups in the most effective way; from stimulating long term memory, to relevant ice-breakers that add to the day - this class covers what you need to know to make a real and lasting effect on the room.
Training Mastery Three – Interactivity, question-handling and ice-breakers that add value
The third class looks at audience interaction, and answering their questions. Handling questions is a hugely important skill, as is knowing how and when to make training sessions interactive. This class also has a “try these” section – a long list of ideas that you can use to really break up the day, and add to the delegates’ learning experience.
