Andy Bounds have recruited Damian Thompson as Head of Training, continuing the expansion of our ever-growing team.
Damian joins from one of the UK's leading banks. During his 17 years in sales/sales training there, he won national awards for the sales he helped others achieve.
In his first month with us, Damian helped one of our customers win a £7m contract, leading them to say, "We're delighted. We definitely couldn't have done it without him!" He has subsequently increased the sales of every other customer he has worked with.
Andy Bounds commented, "Damian has already made a big difference both to our customers, and to us internally. He will help us take things up to a new level."
