What your team will learn:

Stage 1: Pre-course preparation

Each delegate thinks of a critical message they have to convince others to buy into, and prepares their most persuasive argument for doing so.

Stage 2: Two day’s training

Each delegate delivers their sales messages from Stage 1 for Group/Trainer feedback.

The rest of the two days will teach delegates how to be more convincing and persuasive, including:

  • A simple three-step approach to preparing persuasive content
  • How to start and end communication so it sells
  • How to close the sale
  • Handling other people’s objections in the most effective way
  • Following up on your conversations, documents and presentations so people follow through with their initial acceptance of your ideas

Stage 3: Practice Time

Delegates have a number of weeks to practice everything they learned on Stage 2. During this time, their effectiveness will improve dramatically.

Stage 4: Final Day’s training

This day begins with delegates sharing their successes from Stage 3 including the sales lines/approaches that have worked best and the benefits to them/your organisation of their improved selling skills.

This final day will take delegates up a final level, teaching them highly advanced sales skills that even the best salespeople don’t know (!), including:

  • How to sell yourself when networking internally
  • Constructing emails and reports so they get the results you want
  • What to say so that you can sell anything during any conversation with anybody
